The Inside Track Is Back

Hi everybody. After all the great holiday programming, the Inside Track is back, for 2017. Happy New Year. This is the show where you not only get to hear all those great, and sometimes rare Album Tracks taken from treasured Albums from the past, the latest and greatest around right now, and a heads up on Albums that are down for release in the future. I’ll tell you the stories behind all these great Album tracks too.

It can be heard at 9PM in Ireland and the UK, that’s 4PM Eastern, today, and every Saturday, directly after the Music Machine, with Brian Hartgen.

Features on the show include:
• Featured Album. This is where we look at a particular Album up close under the Microscope. We’ll uncover the finer detail behind its production and release. 2016 took many music legends from us, including George Michael. It’s his debut solo Album, Faith that will be our featured Album this time.
• Every Picture Tells a Story. The two noteworthy charts are the Official UK Albums Chart, and the Billboard Top 200. Both of which often tell a different story. We’ll look at the top three Albums this week in years gone by. This time we’ll focus on January 7th 1980.
• Hot Off The Press. In this part of the show, I’ll keep you up-to-speed with all those hot new Albums that have been released over the past few weeks, as well as giving you the heads up about upcoming releases too. The beginning of January can be a little light in terms of releases, so I’ll also look at some Albums that came out last year, before the Inside Track was born.
